REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at modluxit26@gmail.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you want to withdraw. You then have 14 days to send the product back.

Conditions for returns
The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories. We may reduce the refund if the product shows signs of use or installation beyond what is necessary to check it. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions
Products made to your specifications, including custom color orders, cannot be withdrawn or returned. Products that have been installed or modified cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective or incorrect products
If you received a defective or wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at modluxit26@gmail.com with your order number and photos or video. We will repair, replace or refund the product, with return shipping paid by Modlux. Your legal guarantee of 2 years for EU consumers remains valid.

Refunds
After we receive and check the returned product, we refund the amount paid (including the original standard shipping cost) within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order.
