1. About us
This website is operated by Modlux, owned by Lorenzo Serrano, Via dei Mille 4, 10064 Pinerolo (TO), Italy. VAT number: [to be added when available]. Contact: modluxit26@gmail.com. By placing an order you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Products
Modlux sells DRL (daytime running light) modules and related lighting products for BMW vehicles. Products are developed in Italy and manufactured by selected partners. Colors and appearance on screen may differ slightly from the real product.

3. Compatibility
It is your responsibility to check that the product fits your vehicle (model, series, headlight type, market EU-Spec/US-Spec) before ordering. If you are unsure, send us photos of your headlights at modluxit26@gmail.com and we will help you choose the correct version.

4. Installation and use
Installation may require removing bumper or headlight parts. We recommend professional installation. Modlux is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation. Lighting products must comply with the laws and road regulations of your country. You are responsible for checking whether the use of the product is allowed on public roads where you live. Some functions (such as show mode or color change) are intended for shows, events and private use only, where permitted.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include applicable taxes where required. Special offers (for example limited-quantity prices) are valid only for the quantity and period stated. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you if an order is affected.

6. Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order in case of stock issues, errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment already made.

7. Custom colors and made-to-order items
Products made or configured to your specifications (for example custom colors) are not eligible for withdrawal or return, as allowed by consumer law, unless they arrive defective or different from the order. Please check your choice carefully before ordering.

8. Warranty
Consumers in the EU have the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery, as provided by law. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us at modluxit26@gmail.com with your order number and photos or video of the problem. We do not offer any additional commercial warranty beyond the legal guarantee.

9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Modlux is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages caused by misuse, incorrect installation or modification of the product. Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this site (texts, images, logos, the Modlux name) belongs to Modlux and cannot be used without written permission.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
